Yes, you can mark an area across a number of resources when making bookings. If the resources you want to book are not next to each other use the selection criteria to restrict the list of resources to the people that you want to book.

The quickest way to restrict the resources to those that you want to book is to:

• mark the resources by clicking on the names in the left hand column whilst holding down the Control key
• when all the resources have been marked either right click on the left column and select ‘Special selections’, ‘Marked records’ or from the menu select ‘Data’, ‘Special selections’, ‘Marked records’.

You can now make your bookings.

To clear the selection select ‘Special selections’, ‘Clear special’ from the context sensitive menu or from the ‘Data’ menu item.
