Retain on Oracle and SQL Server

Retain is now available on Oracle and SQL Server, making Retain more scalable for planning for larger numbers of staff.

 

Step2 Reports

Step2 Reports is now available. This is a powerful tool for producing comprehensive reports from Retain and Retime databases. You can define your own calculated fields and even combine fields together in complex formulae. Step2 Reports makes an important addition to the Step2 suite of products.

Skills System

The skills system is a complimentary module to Retain. It is now available for Oracle and SQL Server. It allows comprehensive tracking of user defined skills categories and levels against resources planned on Retain.

Information Centre

Step2 are currently helping an associate company to develop an exciting product for the storage of and browsing of documents. This product uses HTML technology and is aimed to make the accessing of books and documents easier and more powerful. Originally designed with lawyers in mind, it will be of use to any organisation that has documentation that staff need to access.
