This timesheet system shares the
Retain task and resource information and allows the
comparison of Retain plans against Retime actuals in
terms of both time and cost. Retime can also be used as a
standalone system.
This module contains a set of detailed
time series reports that have proved to be of value to a
number of Retain users. Retain contains its own report
generator, but does not allow time series reporting.
More detailed information about staff
skills are difficult to hold in Retain. This module adds
this ability and allows selections based on skill set
criteria to be used in Retain.
Staff appraisal management is made
easier using this system. It helps to build a list of who
should be appraising who based on the Retain booking
information and allows tracking of appraisals to see
which ones have been completed or are overdue. This is of
particular use in large divisions where organising staff
appraisals can become a difficult task to manage.
