Retain is an essential WindowsTM based solution for resource planners.

The wall planner has long been an effective tool.  Retain has taken the concept of the wall chart planning system and given it a flexible and easy to use interface with the additional power of being able to manipulate and analyse the information in ways that traditional planning systems do not allow.   

Retain resembles a magnetic wall chart. Using the mouse it is possible to assign a staff to a particular job or project.  The standard 'click and drag' process can also be used to move, copy or even change the length of job assignments.

Since the launch of Retain a number of integrated 'Companion Products' have been released, including a timesheet system. These have added further functionality to Retain and made the planning, recording and tracking process in many organisations easier to manage.

Retain for Notes offers improved planning across multiple sites and by remote users. It allows connectivity with your existing Lotus Notes applications and is flexible to user access control.
