This module allows more detailed storage of staff skills and other attribute information that cannot be handled very easily within Retain.
The following are example types of information that might be stored against people:
| l | Skill and level of achievement | |
| l | Project experience and number of months | |
| l | Journey time from company offices | |
| l | Languages spoken and fluency |
All of these can be stored under separate categories and selections made so that one could search for staff who:
| l | live within 2 hours of the Manchester office | |
| l | worked on Project Alpha for 3 months or more, and | |
| l | can speak French and Spanish fluently. |
