Step2 can offer training for Retain and Retime.

The half day introductory course is recommended per product for everyday use of Retain or Retime. This course is for a maximum of 5 people.

The full day course is recommended per product for people who will be administering Retain and Retime and need to understand the administrator functions. This course is for a maximum of 5 people.

Step2 can also provide training on their other products.

Step2 is able to set-up or advise on the use of Retain and other products and tailor the database to suit the way you work.

*The Retain set-up visit usually takes about half a day for a single user version of Retain and a day for a network version.
This visit includes installing and configuring Retain, and making changes to the Retain database to reflect the way your organisation plans. It may also include a small amount of training and preparation of Retain notebooks.
